If you do not have an anti virus program currently installed you are in danger of becoming infected which can cause damange to your files, emails, and even your hard drive. Take the proper precautions and don't open emails from unknown sources or log onto web sites that you don't feel are secure.
PASSWORDS- this is one area where you don't want to keep things simple. The simpler a password is, the easier for someone to hack into it. Try using a combination of letters and numbers or symbols, don't use common words like "password" or your name. Take the proper precautions and change your passwords every month or so.
